This Privacy Policy explains how we ("we," "us," or "our") collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the NibbleNexus App on iOS and other Apple platforms. The App provides a collection of casual mini-games for entertainment and cognitive exercise. This Privacy Policy is designed to meet U.S. privacy expectations, Apple App Store requirements, and applicable privacy laws.
1. Overview
We collect information to operate the App, save your progress, improve gameplay, provide support, and, only with your permission, deliver personalized advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising unless you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency ("ATT") framework.
This Privacy Policy applies to the App and any related services that link to it. It does not apply to third-party services, Apple services, or websites that we do not control.

2.4 Tracking and ATT Consent
We only access the IDFA and engage in cross-app tracking if you grant permission through ATT. If you decline, we will not use the IDFA for tracking. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
